Working within a small, collaborative team, you may focus on Public or Private Markets, or specific operational functions depending on business need. In this role, you will champion change that enhances operational efficiency, supports business growth, strengthens client outcomes, reduces risk and ensures regulatory expectations are met. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to keep delivery on track, ensuring all change is well‑structured, safely executed and aligned to Aviva Investors’ strategic priorities. This position plays a key role in connecting day‑to‑day operational delivery with long‑term strategic transformation, helping Aviva remain agile, competitive and responsive to evolving client and regulatory demands.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.

  • Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.

  • Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.

  • Make a difference, be part of our Aviva Communities and use your 3 annual volunteering days to help others.
