You’ll be at the heart of the action, coordinating end-to-end briefs that ensure a cohesive "customer first" experience, whether our shoppers are on the Homepage, Groceries Landing pages, or using our Apps
To thrive in this role, you should be a highly organized individual who can handle ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Expected salary - Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract.
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aim for 2 day per week in the office to connect.

Key responsibilities
Campaign Delivery: Brief and track key site pages in line with the Trade plan, monitoring the "go-live" process to ensure flawless execution.
Data & Analysis: Collect performance data and competitor activity to feed back into active trading and inform future campaign strategies.
Media Support: Assist the Online Trade Supplier Manager in managing media inventory, identifying opportunities to drive revenue, and resolving stakeholder queries.Collaboration: Work closely with Media Sales and the wider
Online Trade team to gather assets and ensure all media activity is executed to the highest standard
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
Commercial awareness
Highly numerate with experience of working with data, insight & analytics
Strong levels of stakeholder management and ability to influence to deliver the best outcomes
Strong planning & time management skills with evidence of managing multiple tasks
Digital awareness - understanding of trading online & the digital environment
Trade and/or marketing campaign management
Online Trading; understands how to influence conversion, traffic and spend
Ability to generate innovative insights from data and translate these into actionable plans
Desirable skills/experience you may have
Experience working with external stakeholders/3rd parties
Understanding or experience of digital retail media eg AdTech
Experience working with Online analytics tools such as Content Square and Google Analytics.
