Our Online operations play a huge part in bringing the best of Morrisons directly to our customers' doorsteps. As an Online Manager, you’ll lead a flexible, engaged team to pick, pack, and deliver with care, making sure every home delivery meets the high standards our shoppers expect.  

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a "sleeves rolled up" approach to managing your department, driving order accuracy, and keeping your team supported and motivated through every shift.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

  • Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, taking time to review customer feedback, track pick accuracy, and ensure orders are ready on time.
  • Lead and develop your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, training, and performance, giving your colleagues the confidence and flexibility to work effectively across different areas.
  • Drive performance and standards: Work alongside other store managers to build a supportive, high-performing environment where everyone works with a clear purpose to hit department targets.
  • Keep operations on track: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily routines efficiently, and build strong working relationships with other operating departments across the store.
