Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities


·        •        Navigate and build strong relationships with channel stakeholders both internally and externally

•        Own the annual omnichannel marketing strategy across retail, online and contact centre working with the sales team, ensuring alignment to business and partner objectives.

•        Lead on GTM – negotiation of rate cards, Investment allocation, TTL Campaign planning, asset management, compliance, and PCA’s

•        Develop strong TTL in-life execution plans, driving to achieve sell-out targets

•        Lead on all post-campaign analysis

•        Market intelligence - understand the stock, sales figures, insights and GFK

•        Collaborate  with channels to address gaps and actively seek opportunities

•        Lead on QBR’s or optimization projects within key functions (digital optimization, attach, retention and loyalty programs)

•        Own the Omni Investment, third party funding and Co-Op budget, regularly forecasting and tracking

•        Review marketing spend with recommendations for efficiencies or post quarter analysis

•        Work with wider functions to create new ideas that accelerate our Omni strategy into fruition across functions and channels

•        Work with key internal stakeholders and leverage available resource and insights to shape strategic account decisions

•        Drive longer term planning and strategy of the account i.e.  JBP/annual planning

•        Exposure to HQ (data and reporting) and presenting to Leadership on a regular basis

•        To lead and proactively share best practice amongst the team and Leadership

•        Support the Omnichannel Marketing Lead, acting as a key ‘go to’ person

•        To mentor, manage and develop your direct reports

•        Nurture a supportive team culture where your team can grow and thrive

  

What we need for this role


To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

·        Marketing background, ideally with a vendor in the same role or marketing role within a retailer/network operator/agency

·        Management experience and strong leadership

·        Must be able to demonstrate experience across the marketing mix – ATL& BTL

·        Strong PPT and XLS skills

·        Commercial acumen and ability to produce marketing plans, business cases and ROI on marketing spend

·        Familiar with managing significant marketing budgets

·        360 marketing experience, with a focus on digital (and clear understanding of digital marketing metrics)

·        Experience of managing marketing budgets

·        Ability to seek out and build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to successfully deliver on key projects

·        Must be able to multi-task and project manage large & sometimes complex activities

·        Must be a team player with a can-do attitude & spirit

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Strong communicator with solid presentation skills
