Lead EMEA Data & Measurement product and GTM strategy for Samsung Ads, owning product readiness, data infrastructure (ACR, device/household graph), privacy and regulatory compliance, integrations (clean rooms, third-party data, JIC), sales enablement, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and people management to drive commercial adoption and revenue growth.

Lead European employee relations and policy work: manage complex ER casework, coordinate with employee representatives and People Teams across Europe, develop and implement regional HR policies, track ER data and dashboards, support investigations, and lead ER-focused projects and compliance audits.

Manage credit limit forecasting and onboarding for Korean accounts: own quarterly/annual forecasts, liaise with credit risk and HQ, build dashboards and bilingual reports, streamline request processes, and provide data-driven recommendations and training.
