About the Role:

OMD CREATE is the creative engine of the agency – a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, creatives, content specialists, and producers delivering bold, breakthrough work for some of the world’s most iconic brands. Positioned at the heart of OMD, we fuse creativity with media, data, and cultural intelligence to develop compelling campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

We’re all about ideas that break the mould, partnerships that push boundaries, and storytelling that connects brands with people in meaningful, unexpected ways. If you thrive on making ideas happen and love building things from scratch, this is your team.

We’re looking for an EMEA Influencer Executive to join us and take ownership of brilliant, innovative influencer-led campaigns - from briefing through to execution and reporting. This is a hands-on, creative, and client-facing role where no two projects are ever the same.

As a Creator Executive at OMD Create, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class influencer and creator marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Creator Manager, you will support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation and talent sourcing to delivery and performance analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, organized, and creative individual to make a tangible impact for our clients and help shape the future of influencer marketing within a dynamic, collaborative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Support the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including briefing, planning, ideation, talent identification, outreach, contracting, content approvals, delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Client Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring all work is strategically aligned, creatively ambitious, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with media planning, strategy, client leadership, paid social, insight, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise and negotiate with external partners such as media owners, talent agencies, and creative agencies to support holistic campaign planning and messaging.
  • Proactive Ideation: Contribute to proactive pitches and proposals for both existing and prospective clients, helping to grow our influencer management offering across the OMD network.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in evaluating campaign results, preparing post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports, and drawing actionable insights to inform future work and drive continuous improvement.
  • Influencer Advocacy: Champion the value of influencer marketing, helping to educate clients and internal teams on the strategic role of creators within the broader media mix.

About You

  • Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing trends.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ideation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field is a plus.

About the Agency:

At OMD EMEA, we strive to deliver on our promise of ‘better decisions, faster‘ for our clients, partners and all 6,000+ OMDers across our region every day. As part of the world’s largest media network, our business is staging experiences for consumers who have more choice and less attention than ever before. The key to the process is empathy. Empathy to see the world through the eyes of the consumer, to recognise the needs of our clients and to identify aspirations of our talent.

Learn Fast, Act Fast. To help navigate the road to a ‘new normal’, learning from, and acting upon data signals at scale and speed is crucial. Visit Why OMD? to learn more about our unique Act Fast Framework.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.

Be Your Best
