Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to play a critical role on a global vetting account, with a primary focus on quality control and review of analyst outputs. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, who is comfortable reviewing and synthesizing others’ work, and who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
The SAE will act as a key gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, regional standards, and internal best practices. In addition, they will serve as a subject matter expert across EMEA vetting, including GDPR and regional legal considerations, and support onboarding and training of new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Review
• Perform quality checks on analyst outputs prior to client delivery
• Review work for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and formatting
• Ensure outputs align with client requirements, regional standards, and internal best practices
• Identify risks, gaps, or errors and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Act as a gatekeeper for quality across all deliverables
Subject Matter Expertise (EMEA Vetting & Compliance)
• Develop and maintain expertise in EMEA vetting processes and market nuances
• Apply understanding of GDPR and regional legal considerations to ensure compliant outputs
• Act as a go-to resource for complex or sensitive vetting queries
• Stay up to date with evolving regulations and market trends
Training & Onboarding
• Support onboarding of new team members on processes, tools, and quality expectations
• Deliver training sessions and create guidance materials where needed
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to analysts
• Help build and maintain a consistent knowledge base and best practices
Account & Team Support
• Support account leads in delivering against client expectations and timelines
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency across regions
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Assist with internal documentation, trackers, and reporting where required
Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience in a review, quality control, compliance, or analyst-based role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience reviewing or synthesizing written outputs
• Familiarity with vetting, risk assessment, or compliance-related work is advantageous
• Exposure to EMEA markets or international projects is beneficial
