Part-time Office Manager responsible for day-to-day office operations in the Bexley office, supporting partners and directors, leading the support team, handling confidential matters, coordinating onboarding and internal events, and liaising with central services and other offices.

We're looking for a brilliant Part-Time Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our busy Bexley office. You'll work closely with our managers, directors, and Partners - keeping things ticking, solving problems before anyone even notices them, and generally being the person everyone's glad is around.
This role is 28 hours per week and and we're genuinely flexible on how those hours work for you, whether you prefer shorter days or a condensed week! It's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys a fast pace, and takes real pride in a well-run office. No two days look the same and that's exactly what makes it great! You'll:
- Keep the office running like clockwork by managing day-to-day operations and owning any issues that come your way.
- Support the Managing Partner and keeping the Partner and Director team coordinated and on track.
- Lead and nurture the support team, building strong relationships along the way.
- Handle confidential matters with care, plus helping new starters feel right at home through inductions and onboarding.
- Bringing your organisational flair to internal events, socials, and local projects.
- Connecting with our central services team and other offices across the group.
