The job

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our London office.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence Monday to Friday.

Your Experience

What we’re looking for
  • Around 12 months of experience in an office-based, administrative, or customer-facing role (e.g. Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic admin tasks and coordinating with others
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support different tasks
  • Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment

What you’ll be doing
Office Support (Core Focus):
  • Support the day-to-day running of the London office alongside the Office Manager
  • Welcome visitors and help create a friendly, professional office environment
  • Assist with managing office supplies, deliveries, and basic logistics
  • Help keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked
  • Support with setting up desks, equipment, and meeting rooms
  • Assist with shipments and deliveries for team members
Team & Administrative Support:
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks (e.g. preparing equipment, coordinating logistics)
  • Support internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining office inventory (e.g. supplies, swag)
  • Provide basic support to IT and People teams when needed
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly

Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£27,000£33,000 GBP
