Position Summary

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

About the role:

  • This position blends essential office management with executive support for senior leaders within the European business of our International division. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, brings structure to complexity, and ensures the office runs smoothly while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
  • You will be a vital player in the smooth running of the International division. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the Watford office and a trusted partner to senior leaders — ensuring the environment, processes and support systems are in place for the team to thrive.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers (IT, facilities, supplies, catering, etc).
    • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
    • Lead office logistics including space planning, desk allocation, meeting room coordination, and equipment management.
    • Own health and safety compliance, including fire wardens, first aiders and risk assessments.
    • Plan and execute office events, team gatherings and cultural initiatives.
    • Manage office budget, purchasing and invoice processing.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
  • Executive Support:
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and expense claims/reporting.
    • Support leadership team meetings as needed, including scheduling, minute‑taking, and tracking deliverables.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Build strong working relationships across the International division and wider global organisation.
    • Some element of diary management may be required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management or executive support, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator who can interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions‑oriented.
  • Professional, friendly, and committed to creating a positive office culture.
  • A service‑driven mindset with a passion for enabling others to do their best work.
  • Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
  • This role is fully office based.
