Our Mission

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.

We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.

The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

We're looking for someone hungry to learn to join us as our Office Manager!

You'll get an inside look at how a high-performing tech startup operates: this is a great opportunity for exceptionally smart, motivated individuals who want to immerse themselves in the world of tech startups and gain real exposure to what it takes to keep a high-growth startup moving and who have a passion for making things run smoothly around them.

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on support across logistics, workflows (onboarding, offboarding, IT), office administration and socials, events and internal operations. Beyond this, you'll have the opportunity to assist with projects wherever an extra set of capable hands is needed, including exposure to finance and other internal teams. Along the way, you’ll gain practical insight into startup life and how different functions collaborate with one another.

This is a rare opportunity to learn first-hand from a uniquely high-performing team as we scale a category-defining tech startup at speed.

What You Can Expect
  • Operational Cadence: You’ll help handle the admin, workflows and logistics that free up our leaders to focus and enable the entire business to move faster. You'll be part of running our onboarding, offboarding, contracting, scheduling, and administrative workflows - so being good with technology is a big plus!

  • Beating heart of keeping the office culture running: you will help maintain our office environment (weekly food orders, office moves and fit-outs, managing our service providers for cleaning and reconfiguration) and plan our regular London socials and events.

  • Wide exposure: You'll assist with administrative projects across all of Operations, whether it's helping out with month-end bookkeeping or regular payment runs, or helping the sales team plan their quarterly kick-offs.

  • Learn by doing: Get involved in a range of tasks - help with onboarding, audits, events, socials, merch and scheduling. Where we have our company monthly meetings, you will also get exposure to IT and AV to make our hybrid events a great experience.

  • Momentum: You’ll get a front row seat to what it's like to scale a company just as we enter a phase of high growth, with the systems, challenges, and excitement that come with it.

About you

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You might be a recent grad, early in your career or pivoting from a different field - what matters is your energy, problem-solving mindset, organisational skills, and desire to learn.

  • You’re organised, resourceful, and detail oriented: you like systems, details, and getting things done well. you get a lot of satisfaction from knowing that all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. you take satisfaction from knowing that things are ordered and up-to-date

  • You’re technical for a non-technical person: you you can figure out how to do stuff with new tech tools pretty easily

  • You’re exceptional at time management: you can comfortably manage changing priorities and are able to switch gears with ease and aren't thrown off by people making regular requests at the last minute

  • You’re humble: we're seldom the stars of the show in operations, and parts of the job are not as glamorous! You take satisfaction in a job well done without needing to feel you own the limelight

  • You’re good with people: you’re just as comfortable chatting to a senior leader as you are with a new hire - you'll be one of the first people that a lot of our new joiners meet.

  • You're excited about startups: not just as a job, but as an environment where you can learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and build the kind of hands-on operational expertise that only comes from being at the centre of a fast-growing company.. You adapt quickly, handle ambiguity, and keep things moving forward.

  • You're based in London or nearby: this is an in-office role in Victoria.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.

A few things to note:
  • We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here.

  • We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here

  • We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!

  • We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background).

We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
