The Role

You are the first-person people see when they visit our office. You are the lynchpin for the team, trusted, energetic, lively, go-getter and confident. You will need to combine office administration with hands-on office support. You will be the go-to person for ensuring our London office runs smoothly and efficiently creating a welcoming, fun, and productive environment for our team.

Day-to-Day Experience

Every day will be different, but you can expect to:

  • Be hands-on in keeping the London office running smoothly.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees, visitors.
  • Juggle a mix of planned tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the UK, India and US.
  • Look for ways to improve day-to-day office operations and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Ensure the office is welcoming, tidy, well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
  • Manage office supplier including cleaners, refreshments, maintenance and other services.
  • Organise and support in-office events, team socials and visits from our global teams.
  • Manage meeting rooms, post, deliveries and general office logistics.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Support client events, conferences and other external activities.
  • Assist team with travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive & friendly approach, someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
