The Opportunity 

We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing business.  

This role suits someone who values structure, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in getting things done accurately and on time. You’ll be part of a stable, supportive team where your manager has your back and clear processes make your work easier. 

 The Role 

This is a busy, detail-focused Office Administrator role. You’ll handle requests, process orders, and provide support across sales, technical, operations, and finance. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

📬 Handling emails with a friendly and helpful approach. 

📑 Preparing quotes and process orders accurately. 

📦 Coordinating with suppliers, including expediting orders. 

🤝 Providing administrative support across different teams. 

⚙️ Liaising with operations and finance to keep everything aligned. 

🔄 Keeping records up to date in our business systems. 

 

About You 

You’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a team. You like following clear processes and have a quiet pride in delivering work that’s 100% accurate. You’re comfortable with systems, can pick up new tools quickly, and enjoy supporting both colleagues and customers. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

🏆 Has 5+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support. 

💻 Works well with business systems (ERP, CRM, data entry, email). 

🤝 Values being part of a supportive team environment. 

😊 Brings a positive, helpful attitude to every interaction. 

 Is reliable, detail-focused, and follows through on commitments.
