 Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join our experienced team and play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day running of the business across multi-disciplines including facilities, people and events administration.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Facilities & Office Management
  • Coordinate new office set-ups
  • Support office openings or relocations, including equipment, layout coordination, and supplier liaison to ensure readiness for staff.
  • Manage cover for office opening and lock-up
  • Ensure daily office access is covered, coordinating responsibilities for opening and securing the premises. Cover when the other Facilities Administrators are off sick or on leave.  
  • Oversee facilities issues and improvements
  • Act as the point of contact for facilities-related matters, logging issues, coordinating repairs, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Manage water cooler delivery schedule
  • Coordinate regular deliveries, monitor usage, and liaise with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the smooth day to day running of the office, including facilities management, office set-ups, relocations, supplier coordination, and ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant, and fully operational.
  • Manage visitor arrangements, reception cover, office access, and workplace services to deliver a professional experience for employees and guests.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance, working with external suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support health and safety activities, including coordinating first aiders, fire wardens, compliance training, and workplace initiatives.
  • Lead the organisation of employee engagement activities, including company events, work experience placements, Lunch & Learn sessions, EDI initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support across the business, including coordinating training, company events, payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure the office and people operations run efficiently, supporting a positive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good MS Office skills, including excel.
  • Knowledge and experience of using HR systems preferred (but not essential)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to support the business across wide ranging tasks/priorities.
