Location: London

Reports to: Senior Manager, OFCI Procurement EMEA

The Opportunity

STACK Infrastructure is seeking an OFCI Procurement Analyst to support procurement activity across mission-critical infrastructure projects throughout EMEA. This role plays an important part in supporting the sourcing, tracking and commercial management of capital equipment for large-scale data centre developments.
Working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Logistics and Finance teams, you will help ensure equipment is procured efficiently, suppliers perform to expectations and projects remain aligned to key delivery milestones.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex infrastructure procurement within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement activities for OFCI equipment across EMEA construction projects.
  • Assist with supplier evaluations, bid analysis and commercial comparisons.
  • Track supplier performance, manufacturing schedules and delivery milestones.
  • Support logistics coordination, shipment tracking and expediting activities.
  • Prepare procurement reporting, spend analysis and budget tracking documentation.
  • Assist with change order reviews and cost impact analysis.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and support audit readiness activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain or project delivery activities within construction, engineering or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience preparing reports and commercial analysis.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting data centre or critical infrastructure projects is advantageous.
