As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our children while fostering their emotional and social development within a safe and stimulating environment.

In addition, you will work closely with parents and families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and encouraging their involvement in nursery life.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with proven leadership or supervisory skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- A positive attitude and an ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
