Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge

Lead a nursery room and support the wider management team in daily operations. Deliver high-quality care and learning aligned with child development principles and EYFS, maintain safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Motivate and support room staff, promote best practices, and help maintain a safe, nurturing nursery environment.

Provides administrative support to consulting professionals across European offices. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, time and expense reporting, travel logistics, meeting coordination, document preparation and archiving, stakeholder troubleshooting, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a demanding professional-services environment. Spanish and English fluency is required, with the position based in London or Barcelona under a hybrid working model.

Provides first-line customer support for TransUnion products and services through telephone, email, face-to-face, and online channels. Logs, investigates, tracks, and resolves customer queries while maintaining accurate records, service standards, and regular updates. The role requires strong communication, customer service, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and use of internal systems. It also contributes to service improvements and relationship building across internal and external stakeholders. The position follows rotating shifts and requires hybrid attendance at a TU office at least two days weekly.
