About our Clients
A very experienced Room Leader who can step up to Third in Charge, supporting the management team in the day to day running of the setting in Didcot. Based on 40 hrs a week, but the client can be flexible i.e. 4 full days or reduced hours, salary is c£34k depending on experience and working hours.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 2 years’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early
years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room
and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and
colleagues in the nursery setting
