About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our nursery over 4 days per week.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing nursery team.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain our Outstanding Ofsted standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the local community.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing efficiently.

Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or higher desirable).
  • Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for children’s development
