About the role

The Accessory Manager is responsible for managing the development of innovative, high‑performing, and beautifully executed accessories and tools.

It’s focused on the day-to-day development of accessories, tools and collateral products — from concept through to artist collaboration and supplier engagement and project management.

You’ll work closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Design and Copy, ensuring strong alignment and smooth delivery against critical paths and key deadlines.

A big part of the role is building and managing strong supplier relationships in partnership with Procurement — from initial briefing and cost negotiations through to final delivery.

It’s a role that requires teamwork and confidence in managing challenges, navigating conflicting priorities, and knowing when to escalate to keep projects moving forward.

As our Accessory Manager you will

  • Lead the end-to-end NPD process for accessories and tools, managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to launch. Own critical path timelines and ensure strong alignment across all cross-functional teams
  • Proactively assess risks and project needs at every stage, driving clear communication and aligned action plans to keep things moving smoothly
  • Partner closely with collaboration/partnership teams when required, ensuring creative development stays on track and all stakeholders are clear on timelines, deliverables, and implications of any changes.
  • Work closely with the Makeup Artist Pool to incorporate artistry insights into accessories, tools, and overall product performance.
  • Facilitate structured, time bound feedback loops aligned with project milestones
  • Balance creative/artistry input with feasibility, timing, and quality — ensuring the product remains both magical and manufacturable
  • Support gifting strategy and seasonal (especially holiday) planning, working closely with the Gifting team and Global Brand Marketing to develop compelling presentation decks
  • Create clear supplier briefs for new projects, manage the supplier selection process, and oversee internal sample approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, working in partnership with Procurement to achieve the best cost of goods (COGs)
  • Responsible for system set-ups and managing associated administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, navigating challenges and problem-solving effectively along the way.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to take ideas from initial concept through to execution.
  • Partner regularly with Supply Chain to manage logistics and proactively flag any risks or issues
  • Work closely with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure all compliance documentation and testing protocols are met
  • Prepare NPD inputs for forecasting decks and develop innovation materials for founder presentations.
  • Travel as needed for supplier meetings and trend research

·       Supporting the Gifting team on ad hoc projects and sample management as required
