About the role
We are currently looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, ambitious NPD Copy Coordinator to join our growing in-house copy team, with a key focus on product development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an affinity for beauty products to assist the Head of Copy (NPD) in daily tasks, including but not limited to admin, research, coordination, ideation and product copy.
As an NPD Copy Coordinator you will
- Research for new product launches
- Daily management of the NPD copy tracker
- Working closely with the legal team on Trademark searches
- Daily management of the Esko copy approval process
- Daily management of Esko final copy doc creation
- Assisting in the creation of presentations
- Managing the legal and regulatory copy approval process
- Proofreading copy once in design
- Regular management of naming archive and risk assessment
- Assisting in copy creation for sampling and sets
- Assisting in naming ideation as and when required
- Assisting with cross-team copy coordination
