Location Overview
Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor who embodies Aman’s commitment to exceptional service to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Front Office Management team, the Night Auditor plays a key role in supporting overnight operations, ensuring accurate night audit procedures and providing thoughtful, personalised service to guests during evening and early morning hours. This position requires a proactive, guest-focused mindset, strong communication skills and an ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly auditing procedures, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.

  • Assist guests with warm, professional and personalised service during evening and early-morning hours.

  • Support the Front Office team with check-ins, check-outs and guest inquiries.

  • Maintain a calm, organised and welcoming lobby environment overnight.

  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly, thoughtfully and efficiently.

  • Prepare daily reports and communicate key information to the morning team.

  • Monitor property safety and security during overnight operations.

  • Uphold Aman’s standards of professionalism, discretion and refined hospitality.

Requirements

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a recognised institution.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Assistant roles within a luxury hotel.

  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio, and MS Office.

  • Fluency in written and verbal Greek and English.

  • Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • A calm, proactive and guest-focused mindset aligned with Aman values.

  • You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
