About the Role:

As a New Business & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the head of New Business & Marketing with to create best in class marketing communications both internally and externally facing, as well as supporting on a new new business pitches that come into the agency. 

Working with people from across the agency and wider group, your day to day will cover:

Marketing

  • Management of social channels including content planning and curation of social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Management of content on the intranet & website alongside the Head of Marketing
  • Management of events from invitation creation with studio, to content and guest list management
  • Venue research and booking where applicable
  • Case study creation and case study bank management
  • Managing an awards calendar and awards paper writing alongside the project teams
  • Working with the Design Team to create mailers and comms
  • Raising PO's and keeping track of payments
  • Support on PR work where appropriate with our PR agency

New Business

  • Collation of information for RFI's 
  • Support on pitches
  • Updating creds
  • Reporting new business opportunities and status to both UK and Global teams (Pitch Status Report) 
  • Maintenance of the Client list in mailchimp 
  • Assisting with ad hoc Group or Network requests

About you:

Experience

  • Has a passion for working in marketing and new business
  • Good foundation in the media world 
  • Good project team management skills and the ability to manage up with senior stakeholders

Skills

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Takes initiative and has good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident with social media platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram, X
