Salary - Up to £33k per annum, + commission, Company car and benefits
 

We are seeking a dynamic Nespresso Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Reporting to the Nespresso Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving growth targets by championing the Nespresso brand and delivering exceptional service to customers. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, ensuring excellent relationship building and would suit someone with a vibrant personality who prefers to be out in front of a potential new customers, rather than sat behind a desk.

As a New Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Grow a new customer base to exceed set machine/capsule targets.
  • Conduct tele-prospecting and face to face cold calling to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve best practice customer visits and effectively manage territory data.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service

The ideal New Business Development manager will :

  • Be driven by targets and want to be the best
  • Possess creativity and a drive for delivering results.
  • Have a proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and pipeline development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills across various mediums, as well as have a goal-orientated mindset.
  • Hold a valid Driving License.
