Network Performance Partner
Job Location: UK Wide Job Type: Permanent Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualificationsWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Network Performance Partner within the UK

In this role, you’ll report to the Operations Manager and take responsibility for driving contractor performance and optimising capacity, always in line with Sedgwick’s core values. 

Building strong relationships will be key. You’ll challenge existing standards and lead continuous improvement across cost control, repair timelines, quality assurance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Contractors won’t just meet expectations—they’ll exceed them. 

 To support delivery, you’ll make use of performance dashboards, conduct in-person reviews, and hold virtual meetings. These tools will help you monitor progress, strengthen engagement, and maintain effective working relationships. 

Collaboration will be central. Expect to work closely with Directors, Senior Managers, Clients, and Contractors to ensure that exceptional service remains at the heart of everything we do. 

 Taking ownership is essential. You’ll manage contractor selection, nurture client partnerships, and contribute to strategic projects that expand our service offering. 

 Ideal candidates will bring confidence in dealing with people, a sharp eye for performance data, and a strong desire to drive meaningful change. 

 The skills you will have when you apply: 

Driving & Flexibility: Must possess a valid UK driving licence and be prepared to travel and, on occasion, cover other operational areas for colleagues. 

Performance & Industry Experience: Prior experience in team performance management or contractor network oversight is advantageous, though not mandatory. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Capable of engaging in direct, in-person meetings with contractors and stakeholders. 

Cross-Functional Working: Able to operate effectively across diverse business functions, including customer support and compliance. 

Negotiation & Relationship Building: Skilled in negotiation, with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 

Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with readiness to travel and support other operational areas when required.
