Leads the UK FP&A function on a 12-month interim basis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance insights. Provides executive decision support, consolidates monthly results, identifies risks and opportunities, and partners with finance, operations, and senior stakeholders. Manages and develops the FP&A team, improves reporting processes and controls, and supports planning, restructuring, KPI, and systems initiatives.

Manage and support Building Consultants handling subsidence claims, provide technical guidance on complex cases, mentor and upskill colleagues, oversee quality and reserving accuracy, resolve complaints, conduct audits, and engage with clients to deliver excellent service and meet revenue targets.

Owns billing product expertise across Darwin, finance systems, operational platforms, and client processes. Investigates complex billing issues, performs root-cause analysis, recommends product improvements, shapes priorities, and supports initiatives through testing, release, and adoption. Partners with Operations, Finance, Tax, Technology, Data, and Product teams internationally to reduce invoice inaccuracies, manual effort, delays, and workarounds while balancing client impact, financial risk, value, effort, and dependencies.

Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from first contact to conclusion, make technical decisions after training/licensing, produce client reports, maintain reserves, liaise with suppliers, and deliver high-quality customer service while working hybrid across the UK.

Conduct motor, employers' liability and public liability claims investigations across the UK. Gather and preserve evidence, obtain witness statements (CPR-compliant), interview parties, identify fraud indicators, produce detailed investigation reports, and manage cases from instruction to conclusion within service levels.

Provide administrative and operational support for liability claims including case administration, billing, reporting, workflow management, data entry/accuracy in Darwin, financial reconciliations, and stakeholder communication to help progress claims efficiently during a 6-month maternity cover.
