The role also supports upselling, cross-selling, brand reputation, and growth across claims management and related services.

Manage and support Building Consultants handling subsidence claims, provide technical guidance on complex cases, mentor and upskill colleagues, oversee quality and reserving accuracy, resolve complaints, conduct audits, and engage with clients to deliver excellent service and meet revenue targets.
