As an engineer in a Civica engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Civica’s network infrastructure used by our engineering and software teams to serve our customers.
What you will be doing:
- Working with both internal and externally facing systems, ensuring that they are performant, reliable, secure, and scalable
- Solving technical problems that the team works on
- Helping teams to improve older tech stacks & platforms utilising modern approaches
- Acting as a subject matter expert for other colleagues
- Proactively developing best practices
Some technologies that we use:
- Cisco Firepower, Router, Switch, ACI products
- Terraform
- Ansible
- VMware (ESXi, NSX-T, etc)
- Datadog
We’d like you to have experience with:
- Networking
- Security
- Azure Networking
- Infrastructure-as-code
- Virtualisation
- Monitoring
- Hybrid Cloud Environments
It would also be great if you have experience with:
- Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- Cisco Meraki
