We are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Finance Systems Administrator to join our Finance department.
This is an exciting digital transformation role where you will be instrumental in building and optimising our core finance systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the organisation.
Job description
  • Oversee daily administration, including configuring the general ledger, segments, tax data, user accounts, and roles. Ensure system optimisation aligns with financial requirements.
  • Develop and maintain critical integrations between NetSuite and satellite systems, including Anaplan or Pivot AI.
  • Provide end-user support, resolve system issues, and deliver training sessions to empower effective use of the finance systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (especially Revenue Operations and Procurement teams) to identify and implement system enhancements and automation opportunities within the finance function, including assisting with the decommissioning of legacy tools.
  • Ensure all finance systems adhere to relevant regulations and standards, and implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation (configuration guides, user manuals) and develop reports/dashboards for financial data insights.

What we look for
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite modules.
  • You have solid experience with NetSuite's development tools, such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler.
  • You have hands-on experience with integration middleware and APIs, specifically SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and web services, for building robust integrations with external systems.
  • You have proven capabilities in data mapping, transformation, and using migration tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfers while minimising disruption to business operations.
  • You have strong business and finance acumen allowing you to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You speak English fluently.
