What you’ll do

As National Account Manager within the UK region, you will be responsible for managing key omni-channel retail accounts to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and strong brand execution.

You will own day-to-day commercial relationships with national retail and eCommerce customers, developing and executing customer-specific growth plans that align with regional objectives. Combining strong commercial acumen with digital understanding, you will ensure best-in-class execution across in-store and online environments, supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, and category expansion initiatives.

How you’ll do it

  • Develop and execute customer-specific omni-channel growth plans aligned to UK targets
  • Deliver against revenue, margin, and market share objectives across assigned accounts
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) and ongoing commercial negotiations with customers
  • Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to optimise forecasting, assortment, and promotional effectiveness
  • Drive accessory attachment, basket growth, and category expansion initiatives
  • Ensure strong execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity
  • Partner with digital teams to optimise online product content, search visibility, merchandising, and conversion performance
  • Track and act on key digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and attach rate
  • Build strong relationships across buying, merchandising, and digital teams within customer organisations
  • Provide clear performance reporting and insight to internal stakeholders, identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Product, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution and inventory optimisation
  • Travel regularly to customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories.

What you’ll need

  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel retail and eCommerce dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical capability with confidence using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach to personal and professional development
  • Interest in consumer electronics or related technology categories
  • Flexibility to travel as required

What you’ve done

  • 3+ years’ experience in National or Key Account Management
  • Demonstrated success managing UK retail accounts (brick-and-mortar and online)
  • Experience delivering against revenue and margin targets
  • Strong forecasting and promotional planning experience
  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms and digital performance metrics
  • Consumer electronics industry experience advantageous
