As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and well-connected national account professional to help expand and develop our network of estate agency and conveyancing partners across the UK.

The Role

We are seeking a National Account Manager with an established network within the UK property sector.

This is a relationship-led role focused on developing strategic partnerships, securing new commercial opportunities and growing key national accounts across estate agencies, conveyancing law firms, mortgage brokers and other key stakeholders within the property ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their existing network to generate introductions, create commercial opportunities and drive instruction growth. They will also have a strong understanding of technology-enabled businesses and be comfortable articulating the value of a modern PropTech platform to prospective partners.

This role would suit someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys meeting clients face-to-face and has a genuine passion for growing businesses through strategic partnerships and account development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management

• Identify, develop and grow strategic partnerships with independent, regional and national estate agencies.

• Build relationships with high street estate agents and agency groups across the UK.

• Introduce, onboard and develop conveyancing law firm partnerships on the Homey platform.

• Develop relationships with mortgage brokers, introducers and other strategic referral partners.

• Generate opportunities that drive instruction volumes, revenue growth and long-term partner value.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership and account growth opportunities.

Relationship Management

• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate introductions and meetings.

• Build trusted relationships with estate agency owners, branch managers, conveyancing partners and senior decision makers.

• Represent Homey at industry events, conferences, networking functions and partner meetings.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Homey within the property sector.

• Maintain regular engagement with partners to maximise performance, account growth and long-term value.

Technology & Commercial Engagement

• Confidently demonstrate and discuss Homey’s technology platform with prospective partners.

• Articulate how technology can improve communication, efficiency, customer experience and transaction outcomes.

• Understand partner challenges and position Homey’s solutions effectively.

• Provide market feedback and insights to support product and commercial development.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the Revenue, Service and Leadership teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and growth.

• Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities and partner engagement within CRM systems.

• Contribute to partnership strategy and revenue growth initiatives.


Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in national account management, business development, partnerships or sales within the UK property sector.

• Established network of estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and property professionals.

• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and generating business through relationship-led sales.

• Strong understanding of the UK property transaction and conveyancing process.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially driven.

• Comfortable working remotely whilst managing a national territory.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within PropTech, LegalTech, SaaS or technology-enabled service businesses.

• Previous experience selling software, platforms or technology solutions into estate agencies, conveyancing firms or property-related businesses.

• Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology adoption within the property sector.

• Experience working with referral partnerships and introducer networks.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes. Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel throughout the United Kingdom to attend client meetings, networking events and industry conferences.

• Ability to attend the Homey office in Paddington, London, when required for meetings, planning sessions and team collaboration.
