About the Position
We have an amazing opportunity available for a passionate and driven individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in our Ecommerce team.
The ecommerce channel is a key channel for Kraft Heinz and we are accelerating our growth by disrupting the market! We are looking for an exceptional individual to come and support our ecommerce growth on Ocado, a strategic partner of ours for innovation.
You'll be working with the Senior National Account Manager on a variety of projects, to ensure we're running the most optimised plans for growth with a particular focus on digital shelf excellence.
This is an amazing opportunity for an individual to join an incredible team of passionate talents and learn about ecommerce, digital, and sales.
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Promotions: Build promo plans with the Ocado SNAM, submit forecasts and track performance which will help us to build the best promotional strategy throughout the year
  • Media plans: Build media plans with Ocado SNAM, track compliance and performance to help us showcase the best of Heinz.
  • Collaborating with the marketing teams to create engaging assets for banners - your creative input and trials are encouraged here!
  • Help build and design best in class NPD & test and learn launches with Ocado
  • Collaborate on exciting projects with our New Ventures team, supporting product trials & analysis to drive improvement and crucial learnings for the rest of the business
  • Support our channel development manager to implement our digital shelf strategy in Ocado
  • Support content creation and execution to help give customers a great Heinz product experience onsite
  • Drive improvements through insight by measuring and tracking digital shelf performance
  • Feed into our strategy by utilising rich performance and shopper data from Beet (Ocado's data platform)


Qualifications

  • You are commercially and financially astute and have strong Excel skills
  • You understand the ecommerce and digital world
  • You excel in handling complexity across multiple departmental functions and channels
  • You have amazing analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions
  • You have strong creative thinking, and the ability to test and learn fast
  • You have a high attention to detail
  • You are proactive in proposing and driving change where you see room for improvement
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree would be beneficial
