AIG Multinational is an exciting business area within AIG that designs, implements and services bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers, empowering our clients and broker partners to navigate complex cross-border risks with confidence and consistency. AIG Multinational professionals have the diverse skills and expertise necessary to deliver customized, compliant and seamless solutions that support our clients’ risk management objectives. You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs.

How you will create an impact

This is an external broker and client facing role managing the day-to-day servicing and multinational technical support on an assigned portfolio of Tier 3 Multinational programs in support of the Product Underwriters.  And provides multinational technical support to Underwriters for Tier 4 standard programs as needed, whilst also supporting all major Multinational lines of business.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day multinational servicing activities throughout the program lifecycle on an assigned portfolio of accounts and operate as the primary multinational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage post-bind activities including monitoring of program implementation, tracking performance and communicating with brokers and clients.
  • Provide multinational subject matter expertise and be an escalation point to support colleagues in respect of multinational program design, territorial information and multinational related problem solving as required.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Some insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company)
  • Experience of handling Multinational corporations and a good understanding of in country Commercial Insurance.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
  • Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements.
  • Ability to work on own initiative/organized alongside good time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
