Williams Lea seeks a Multi Services Assistant to join us within our relief team!

Purpose of role:
Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, often working on critical projects on client sites. As a Relief Team Receptionist, you will be working on various assignments covering holidays and sickness for 2-3 of our clients, (All within close distance to each other) sometimes at short notice.
As a relief team receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors calling or visiting our client’s office. Duties will include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, handling calls, organising and preparing hospitality and offering administrative support to the firm. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
A successful Receptionist will have an organised and welcoming personality, with the ability to easily build rapport with people. They’ll be able to deal with urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner, and the ability to multitask is important for this position.

- Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages.
