We are seeking an experienced MP&L Manager to join our team in Mosnov, Czech Republic. This role is responsible for managing Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) processes, supervising inventory administrators, optimizing control processes, and ensuring alignment with customer goals and operational strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and a proactive approach to logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and supervise inventory administrators to support professional development.
- Analyze, optimize, and implement inventory control processes that align with customer goals and business objectives.
- Facilitate the implementation of operational processes across departments and translate business requirements into system enhancements.
- Build and strengthen relationships with counterparts, representing the company in conference calls, business review meetings, and workshops.
- Ensure appropriate solutions for MP&L-related challenges and participate in complex logistics process management.
- Coordinate employees within the MP&L unit, providing leadership and direction.
- Participate in company projects, fulfilling assigned tasks and goals related to MP&L responsibilities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Experience with logistics processes and inventory control systems.
- Understanding of relevant procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Fluent English & Czech language skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex data.
- Ability to process manage data arrangement for order control.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new knowledge and systems.
