Portico are adding to our mobile team of Receptionists who help to satisfy Portico’s daily staffing needs across the portfolio of one of our newest clients. We are on the lookout for an empowered, organised, and flexible Receptionist for the team.

Shift pattern: 45 hours per week, various shifts from Monday – Friday.
Salary: £34,725

Please note - Flexibility to travel to Slough and Reading occasionally is also needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude and a big, friendly smile. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and via email. 
Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties across multiple ground floor reception desks. Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport is a must have skill.

High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel, airlines, retail, or corporate environment.

A valid SIA licence is highly desirable.
