We’re looking for a confident, adaptable, and customer focused Receptionist to join our Front of House team, supporting a range of sites by covering both short and long term absences. No two days will look the same — you’ll be the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly across multiple locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As a key ambassador for the organisation, you’ll deliver a warm, professional, and high quality welcome to every visitor and client. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with confidence, positivity, and genuine hospitality
- Managing visitor flow and ensuring a seamless front of house experience
- Handling queries with clarity, courtesy, and a can do attitude
- Supporting the onsite Portico Management Team and maintaining service standards
- Coordinating VIP visits and keeping guests informed throughout their journey
- Producing accurate daily reports and ensuring smooth communication during handovers
- Assisting with events, projects, and busy periods across various sites
- Processing deliveries, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and carrying out post room duties
- Following health & safety procedures and supporting emergency situations when required
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high quality service
- This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment.

Hours: 40 hours per week, varying shifts between 7am-7pm.
Salary: £30,888 per annum
