Requirements

What we expect from you:
Product Management Experience:

1) Extensive experience in planning and developing globally localized financial transaction apps.
2) Comprehensive product lifecycle management from concept to launch, along with continuous iteration experience.
3) Operational management experience of apps in application markets across various countries and regions worldwide.

Industry Knowledge:
1) In-depth understanding of the super app ecosystem, including areas such as fintech, AI, trading, social media, and Web3.
2) Familiarity with global mobile internet application market trends and user needs, with the ability to identify market opportunities.

User Experience (UX) Design:
1) A heavy app user and passionate experience seeker with extensive experience in product design and user experience design. Capable of conducting user research and understanding user behaviours and needs.

Project Management:
1) Experience in managing complex projects, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
2) Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Product Strategy Planning:

1)Develop product vision strategies and roadmaps, with the ability to set long-term goals and drive their achievement.
2)Possess skills in identifying and evaluating new opportunities in Fintech, with the ability to drive innovation in new products.

Technical Understanding:

1)Possess technical knowledge related to apps to effectively communicate with development teams.
2)Understand the technical requirements of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and the technical characteristics of trading products.

Data Analysis:

1)Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate product performance and user behaviour.
2)Make data-driven decisions. 3)Communication and Leadership Skills:

Excellent communication skills

1)to clearly convey product vision and requirements.
2)Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

1)Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop differentiation strategies.
2)Continuously understand competitors' products and market dynamics.
