What you’ll do

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile App Product Manager to sit directly within an established React Native delivery squad, driving end-to-end product discovery and feature delivery for a major customer-facing mobile channel. You will take ownership of core mobile initiatives while serving as a strategic capability-builder across the wider organisation—championing mobile-first thinking and upskilling web-focused peers on the nuances of native and hybrid app ecosystems.

  • Drive end-to-end product discovery, roadmap prioritisation, and sprint delivery directly alongside an agile React Native engineering squad.
  • Act as the lead mobile champion, coaching and upskilling Web and Portal Product Managers on the differences between web and app lifecycles (including app store deployment, submission guidelines, and staged rollouts).
  • Guide the product strategy around leveraging React Native for native device capabilities, such as mobile wallets, companion wearables/watch apps, widgets, and third-party SDK integrations.
  • Optimise mobile-specific release pipelines and beta tracks (TestFlight, Google Play Console internal/open testing) to support safe, continuous deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, tech leads, and commercial stakeholders across functional business domains (including customer onboarding, tariff management, and flexible services).
  • Monitor and act on mobile product KPIs, crash analytics, user feedback, and app store ratings to continuously refine the product roadmap.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven commercial track record as a Mobile Product Manager, having successfully taken at least three mobile applications through end-to-end discovery to production release.
  • Strong working knowledge of React Native development environments, with a practical understanding of hybrid application performance, architecture, and platform trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated capability in mentorship and knowledge sharing—comfortable upskilling cross-functional peers on mobile-specific operational models and technical constraints.
  • Hands-on familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console release management, compliance policies, review processes, and phased rollouts.
  • Strong grounding in Agile product management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog grooming, and user story mapping.
  • Prior domain exposure to energy, utilities, smart home tech, flexible consumption, or complex multi-product customer accounts is a strong advantage.
