Define logging, metrics, tracing, alerting and dashboards; establish performance baselines; validate monitoring, compliance and operational readiness; recommend platform and process improvements and support migration cutovers and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead design, validation and operational readiness of disaster recovery and business continuity for a production estate migrating to a new colocation. Own rollback strategies and runbooks, run DR tests, validate backups, define RTO/RPO, manage hybrid infrastructure risks, support governance, audits and regulatory compliance, and coordinate rehearsals with technical and business stakeholders.

Design and execute end-to-end testing strategy for a tightly-coupled monolithic migration to a colocation environment. Validate configuration management, perform drift analysis, ensure data-masking compliance for financial non-prod, run performance and latency stress tests, define regression and integration test cases, coordinate release freezes and UAT governance, and document compliance for final cutover.

Hands-on AWS Cloud Architect to design and implement cloud platforms, apply best practices, lead onsite client teams, produce documentation and presentations, and drive IaC, container, orchestration and CI/CD solutions across projects.

Design and implement solutions in AWS Connect, migrate telephony workflows from Virtutel, and integrate with existing systems while ensuring successful delivery through collaboration and testing.

Contract Content Designer to create clear, accessible content for interactive services. Lead product strategy and delivery for Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) digital products. Define vision and roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, translate requirements into user stories, run Agile ceremonies, collaborate with Engineering/Design/Data, and use customer and operational data to measure and improve product performance while balancing commercial, technical and regulatory constraints.
