Provide technical leadership for the design, evolution, and scaling of AWS cloud platforms. Build reusable platform capabilities, self-service tooling, automation, and standardized engineering workflows. Improve reliability, scalability, performance, observability, security, and developer experience using cloud-native and SRE practices. Lead complex initiatives, influence architecture and technical strategy, establish engineering guardrails, and mentor engineers across multiple teams.

Lead design and implementation of high-performance embedded and real-time C++ software, including HAL, device drivers, and data acquisition. Define embedded architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, ensure software quality via code review and testing under IEC 62304, collaborate with electronics/FPGA teams for hardware bring-up and system integration, and contribute to risk management and documentation per ISO 14971 and QMS. Advocate AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and communicate architecture decisions to clinical, product, and regulatory stakeholders.

Lead adoption and development of Practice Areas by coordinating resources, building stakeholder relationships, planning events and workshops, managing knowledge-sharing platforms, supporting learning and development, tracking engagement metrics, ensuring ISO27001 compliance liaison, and championing cross-functional collaboration and community growth across the organisation.
