The Senior Full Stack/AI Engineer will deliver full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript solutions, lead technical implementation, apply AI in real contexts, and contribute to client delivery through effective communication and collaboration.

Lead UK payroll operations as the SME for HMRC, RTI and Auto-Enrolment. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for ~600 employees via ADP, process benefits, handle year-end reporting and audit queries, and drive automation and data-root cause analysis.

Lead product vision, manage end-to-end requirements and a prioritized backlog using Agile practices and JIRA. Engage stakeholders, translate technical concepts into user stories, assure solution fit and acceptance criteria, and deliver product value in fast-paced environments over a fixed 3-month contract.
