About the role

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join our London studio—someone with a strong creative voice, an eye for craft, and the ambition to shape brands that make a difference.

In this role, you’ll work across both enterprise and consumer brands, navigating the exciting space between bold creativity and strategic precision. One day, you might be refining a global financial brand’s visual identity, ensuring it conveys trust and innovation. The next, you could be designing for a disruptive consumer brand, crafting engaging experiences that stand out in competitive markets. 

You’ll be hands-on in concept development, bringing ideas to life across multiple touchpoints—from branding and packaging to motion and digital experiences. Collaboration is at the heart of our process, and you’ll work closely with strategists, writers, and motion designers to create work that resonates, excites, and endures.

About you 

You’re a designer who loves solving creative challenges, crafting brands that have depth, personality, and purpose. You understand the nuances of both enterprise and consumer branding—knowing when to be bold and when to be precise.

You have a portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking, design craft, and versatility, spanning brand identity, digital, motion, and/or packaging. Experience working with both corporate and consumer brands would be ideal, but what really matters is your ability to think strategically and execute with flair. 

You’re confident presenting ideas, open to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You love exploring new creative possibilities and pushing ideas further to create brands that truly stand out.
