We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Senior Graphic Designer with motion design and video editing skills to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independent working, can take projects and run with them, and is confident in managing a junior designer while delivering high-quality design, animation, and video content.
The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, design-led thinker who can bring ideas to life through bold, engaging visuals, motion graphics, and video content. This is a graphic design-focused role with a strong emphasis on creative storytelling, motion design, and video editing.

You’ll play a key role in shaping visually striking, social-first content for global brands—pushing creative boundaries while ensuring everything is on-brand, fresh, and attention-grabbing. From crafting campaign identities to designing scroll-stopping animations and social content, you’ll bring a sharp design eye and a natural instinct for what works in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Design with impact – Create striking, high-quality visuals for digital, social, and marketing campaigns.

Bring ideas to life – Develop motion graphics and animated content that elevate brand storytelling.

Capture, Cut, craft, and edit – Edit engaging, fast-paced video content for social, campaign recaps, and case studies.

Push creative boundaries – Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that cut through the noise.

Work on high-profile brands – Contribute to major projects across luxury automotive, travel and tourism, food and drink and entertainment delivering a mix of design, motion, and video assets.

Experience on set is a great advantage – working with the Creative Director to make sure that we get what we need to be able to create assets

Attention to detail and responsibility for quality control on department output.

Own your work – Lead design execution, from initial concepts to final delivery, working closely with creatives, strategists, and clients.
Mentor and inspire – Line-manage a junior designer, helping them develop creatively while maintaining top-quality output.
