The Role and What You’ll Do:

As an existing Midweight 3D designer or experienced 3D Designer, you are adept in translating a conceptual vision into a physical design solution that’s innovative, dynamic and memorable by flexing your cross-channel design prowess in experiential, integrated campaigns. You strive to deliver award-winning design solutions that position our agency and brands we work for as the gold standard in our highly competitive industry. You pride yourself as being an active collaborator and trusted team-member in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.

This position requires someone who is not only passionate about every aspect of design, but also stays up to date on the latest design trends, technology and programs from the newest Adobe tools to the most cutting-edge developments. You obsess over design fundamentals and are constantly challenging yourself to push the work to be ever more impactful and engaging. You have experience designing experiences across a variety of brands and sectors and are comfortable communicating how and why experiences work.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced in working effectively with art directors, project managers, production, account leads and event production. You are cool under pressure and take pride in attention to detail and working as part of a team. Last, but certainly not least, we are looking for someone who champions our commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive work culture.

  • Play a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding experience design, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Experiential teams, to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest.

  • Design from brief to product with the ability to self-manage your workload and tight timelines. 

  • Proactively research and develop innovative ideas for client brands – showcasing work through mood boards, sketching, experience journeys and presentation skills.

  •  Successfully advocate your design and creative ideas by confidently presenting to leadership, stakeholders and clients.

You Have These: 

  • 3-5 years of experience within a marketing/events agency or similar setting

  • A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas

  • The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better

  • Design portfolio of projects that showcases brilliant conceptual thinking, design thinking and high-quality 3D design skills

  • High level of accountability, motivation and strong time/project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creative problem-solving and presentation skills

  •  High level of proficiency in Rhinoceros with V-Ray, Photoshop, Adobe suite (Illustrator & InDesign), Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams, and Keynote.

  • It would be preferable to also have a working knowledge of iCloud, Google Drive and Google Slides.

  •  Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable

  •  Strong work ethic, adaptable to ever-changing hours and demands, with ability to re-focus and develop options for quick changes in projects

  • Proactive interest in design, creativity and wider cultural topics (fashion, sport, music, entertainment, art etc.), sharing with your findings with peers and able to integrate them into your work.

  • Wide and varied cultural interests – bringing a unique point of view and lived experience to the team
