The role

Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for mid-market sales? This is a key role where you’ll drive revenue growth and contribute directly to the success of our sales team. What you will do...
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales leads, executing a strategic plan to close opportunities in the UK mid-market (focusing on businesses with £1m-£20m in card turnover).

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations, promoting Dojo's solutions to secure profitable agreements.

  • Develop and manage new affiliate partnerships to establish dedicated lead sources.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities, contributing to the continuous optimisation of our sales processes.

  • Deliver clear reports on sales performance and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce.

What you will bring...
  • Proven experience selling card payment solutions within the UK mid-market.

  • A demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in verticals such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, or leisure and entertainment.

  • Strong negotiation expertise and strategic account planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers.

  • The ability to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.

You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.

You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
