Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering results? Logistics UK, one of the UK’s leading business groups in the logistics sector, is looking for a Membership Relations Executive (MRE) to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & Grow Accounts – Take ownership of a 500+ portfolio of members, ensuring service renewals and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Win New Business – Recruit new members and introduce them to additional Logistics UK services.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Engage with customers at all levels, ensuring they get the best value from their membership.
  • Drive Sales & Retention – Hit daily and monthly targets through proactive outreach, account reviews, and lead generation.
  • Represent Logistics UK – Be the face of the industry’s leading business group at events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, account management, or telesales – You are confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Customer-first mindset – You understand the importance of delivering value and building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – Whether on the phone, over email, or in person, you are a natural at influencing and engaging people.
  • A proactive approach – You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy taking ownership of your success.
