Work schedule:
- Pediatric Pulmonology - Lake Success clinic/ Mondays 1pm - 8pm
- Pediatric Neurology - Lake Success clinic/ Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Neurology - Plainview or Syosset clinic/ Fridays 9am - 5pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
- Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care
- Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical office / clinic or hospital setting, or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Proven ability to support multi-specialties across multiple locations as identified in the work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nationally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification from one of the following agencies: NAHP, NCCT, AAMA, AMT, NHA
- Experience working in a family medicine setting
