What you'll be doing

Future is hiring a Media Planning Manager to join our dynamic Planning Team here at Future. The Planning Team produces the best RFPs and proposals for the commercial team spanning our multiple publishing titles and creative solutions.

Reporting to the Business Director of Planning, you will work on a variety of projects as the comms planner, ensuring planning excellence and commercial profitability across RFP response and pitch decks.

Responsibilities;

  • Support Planning Directors and Business Directors in developing media and communications strategies and plans for our client direct and agency sales teams
  • Work on integrated projects and provide clients with integrated media recommendations
  • Insight gathering; use resources to produce insights into consumer behaviour and media choices 
  • Create clear and impactful presentations and comms and media plans to communicate our recommendations to our clients
  • Work with internal insights, sales, creative, and production teams on client briefs to provide creative media and comms solutions   

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Broad knowledge of offline and online POE media channels with working knowledge of analytics and customer management tools
  • Will share ideas, thoughts, and insights with the wider team.
  • Develop a working relationship with colleagues and nurture positive team spirit.
  • Take pride in everything you do and care about delivering great work
  • Recognise when to escalate a potential issue to senior colleagues or seek a second opinion from the wider team.
