About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and driven EU Media Marketing Manager to join the Europe Marketing team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be fully accountable for the endtoend media strategy across Total EU.

You will shape, own and evolve the regional media strategy across priority EU markets, driving an optimal media mix and testing innovative new formats in close collaboration with the media agency. This is a people leadership role, with 2 direct reports, requiring proven management experience and the ability to inspire, coach and develop high‑performing talent.

As one of our regional marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider EU, digital and retailer teams and inspire key stakeholders with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable and imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done.

You will be the EU media expert, leading campaign activations and delivering best‑in‑class media plans. You will have ownership of creative development to ensure strong local relevance across markets and will report on campaign and media performance to the wider business!


As our Media Marketing Manager you will

  • Own the development and implementation of the fullfunnel media strategy across Total EU, in collaboration with the marketing team, digital teams and media agency.
  • Act as the media lead for key focus markets (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland), ensuring market‑specific nuances are reflected while maintaining regional consistency.
  • Lead, manage and develop 2 direct reports, setting clear objectives, coaching performance and fostering a collaborative, high‑engagement team culture.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the EU media landscape, identifying the best channel mix to reach target customers both online and offline, delivering on brand funnel, retail sales KPIs and maximum ROI.
  • Bring thought leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, testing innovative new formats and shaping the future of Charlotte Tilbury’s EU media plans.
  • Strive for efficiency and effectiveness by reviewing media performance during and post campaigns, using insights to inform future optimisation.
  • Closely collaborate with the digital team to deliver a fully integrated, omni‑channel media approach, with a strong focus on DTC.
  • Partner with PR to integrate paid and earned media and develop both micro and macro media partnerships.
  • Own accurate EU media budget forecasting and manage actualisation in line with regional sales targets.
  • Build exceptional relationships with category marketing, digital, PR, creative and the external media agency.

Who you will work with

  • You will report directly into our wonderful Marketing Director, South EU.
  • You will work closely alongside the EU Marketing team, PR, Global, in region agencies; as well as cross functionally with the wider EU Function.
  • You will Lead, manage and develop 2 direct reports, setting clear objectives, coaching performance and fostering a collaborative, high‑engagement team culture.

About you

  • You have extensive experience owning online and offline media buying (in‑house or agency), ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.
  • You are a strong leader, you have led and developed high performing teams and pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of offline media channels (TV, VOD, OOH) as well as paid digital.
  • Exceptional understanding of the EU media landscape across multiple markets.
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
  • You are highly analytical, results‑driven and commercially minded; with a consumer‑centric mindset with ability to adapt to changing customer behaviours.
  • You are a strong collaborator and work well cross functionally; you can pivot with ease and bring a positive attitude!
  • An excellent communicator, you are comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
  • You work well under pressure, you can ruthlessly prioritise and know how to influence up and work in an agile environment with ease.
  • Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge!
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills, with great attention to detail and is results-driven.
