Media & Brand Performance Lead

Hybrid working at our office in Wimbledon.

Full Time, Permanent Position

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of how Brand & Communications performance is measured, governed and optimised across our global owned media channels.

You'll lead the development of a clear and consistent measurement framework, build and maintain brand equity dashboards, and establish performance standards that help drive impact, accountability and continuous improvement across the function. As a senior individual contributor, you'll combine strategic analytical thinking with hands-on social media governance, turning data into actionable insights that shape decision-making and strengthen brand performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring our owned media activity is effective, measurable and aligned to both brand and business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, insight and influence to help elevate the impact of a global Brand & Communications function.

Key Responsibilities

The positions’ remit covers the below areas and deliverables:

Performance Framework

  • Develop and manage a global Brand & Communications KPI framework.
  • Define performance measures aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
  • Establish reporting governance and cadence across markets.
  • Maintain brand and communications dashboards.
  • Consolidate and analyse performance data across channels and campaigns.
  • Deliver quarterly performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Owned Media Governance (Social Channels)

  • Own global governance of corporate social media channels.
  • Act as the approval authority for owned social publishing.
  • Define channel standards, publishing guidelines and content cadence.
  • Ensure consistent tagging, taxonomy and reporting practices.
  • Support regional teams in adopting and maintaining governance standards.

Campaign Performance & Optimisation

  • Partner with campaign leads to set measurable objectives and success metrics.
  • Define campaign measurement and data capture requirements.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluations and insight reporting.
  • Provide data-driven optimisation recommendations across markets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, effectiveness and channel performance.

Tools & Data Stewardship

  • Own and optimise social listening, publishing and reporting platforms.
  • Standardise reporting templates, metrics and taxonomy.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across regions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners where required.

About You

We would like to hear from people who can demonstrate the below:

  • Proven experience in owned media, social media governance, or digital performance leadership 
  • Advanced experience designing KPI frameworks aligned to brand and communications objectives 
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and structured reporting models 
  • Strong understanding of brand equity measurement principles (awareness, consideration, engagement quality, sentiment trends) 
  • High level of data literacy with ability to consolidate multiple data sources 
  • Experience operating in multi-market or global environments 
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising corporate social media accounts 
  • Familiarity with social listening and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout or equivalent)
